Resources for Parents
Libby Booth Elementary School holds a shared responsibility with our families and community to provide our students with the necessary tools and resources for their educational success. In addition to some resources below, you will find lots of information at WCSD's Family School Partnerships Family Resources page. Here you'll be able to connect to community resources like Boys and Girls Club (which offers before and after school care for students at Libby Booth), Community Health Alliance, information about adult education available in our area, and SO MUCH MORE! We encourage you to check out these resources.
Family Curriculum Guides can be found here through our Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment department.
If you are looking for family supports such as budgeting, goal setting, and problem solving, you might consider reaching out to the Family Resource Center (FRC). While some referrals to other services may be limited according to income guidelines, the FRC serves children, teens, parents, single adults, and seniors in our community.
Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Provides Before & After School Care as well as care during school breaks. For more information, contact them here.
