Standards & Instructional Materials

We want you to know what we're teaching and what it is expected that students learn.  You can read all of the Nevada Academic Content Standards (NVACS) at the Nevada Department of Education website.

To address these standards, our teachers use the following instructional materials:

• Benchmark Advance (grades K-2 comprehension)
• Magnetic Foundations (grades K-2 reading foundational skills)
• Magnetic Reading (grades 3-5)
• Reveal Math
• FOSS Science

Students also regularly engage in iReady Reading and Math lessons with the expectation to complete (and pass!) two lessons in each content area each week.
